Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive social media and community management strategies aligned with clients' brand voices and objectives.Create and curate engaging content for multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok)Manage and grow online communities, fostering positive interactions and brand loyaltyModerate discussions, respond to inquiries, and address concerns in a timely and professional mannerOrganize and host virtual events, AMAs, and other community-building activitiesCollaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaigns and community initiativesAnalyze social media and community metrics, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and growthImplement and optimize paid social media campaigns for community growth and engagementStay up-to-date with platform changes, industry trends, and community management best practicesDevelop and maintain community guidelines and crisis management protocols
Qualification
Experienced in social media management and community building (3+ years preferred)Proficient in using social media management tools, community platforms, and analytics dashboardsCreative with excellent writing, visual storytelling, and interpersonal communication skillsEmpathetic and adept at handling diverse community interactions and conflict resolutionData-driven with the ability to interpret social and community metricsKnowledgeable about current social media trends and community management best practicesFamiliar with paid social advertising and community growth tacticsExperience with community management platforms (e.g., Discourse, Circle, Facebook Groups) is a plus
