- Set the strategy for the Product Ownership Team
- Lead the establishment of the e-Commerce capabilities of the Digital Bank
- Lead the group of Digital Product Owners who handle various Digital Banking channels / products, making sure that the team achieves the envisioned results
- Manage the performance of the Digital Product Owners, provide the necessary mentorship"

**JOB QUALIFICATION**
- Graduate of a four-year course
- At least four years of experience in eCommerce
- Confident, highly articulate, and can work under pressure"
