Digital Designer

Responsibilities: Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedbackDesigns includes all digital marketing assets for websites or social mediasCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that are creative and align with technical and brand standardsIdentifying design flaws for further improvementDevelop graphics for product illustrations, logos, banners, icons, etc. Requirements: A bachelor degree or diploma Design, Fine Arts or any related fieldAt least 3 years' experience as a Digital Design in the related industry as well as a strong portfolio of related projectsProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator and Photoshop)Proficient in prototyping tools like Figma is a plusExcellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs and suggestionsStrong team player Skills: A good listenerHas an open and curios mind and heartLoves solving problemsPro-active in identifying and preventing potential problemsPro-active in suggesting solutions to improve productivityDetail oriented (attention to detail)Advance research skills
