You will be responsible for the development of different creative assets for paid marketing channels across 6 different brands for 18 markets, with the main goal of ensuring consistency across all channels and not losing sight of the Corporate Identity.

Job Description Develop and design consistent and effective digital marketing assets (static and video) across multiple markets, brands, and categories of the business. Seamlessly execute resizes, adaptations, and translations across a variety of digital marketing assets. Manage the workflow of incoming requests and execute projects from the conceptual stage to the final product against tight deadlines Collaborate with global inter-departmental teams including operations, procurement as well as stakeholders in local markets Uphold global brand identity guidelines and translate them into any creative projects you are working on Create effectively paid marketing assets and campaigns through innovative creative solutions relevant to existing trends. About You: BS/BA degree or equivalent required
4+ years experience at a creative / branding / advertising agency or design-led consumer brand
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and other graphic design software
Experience with Figma and any ad automation platform are a plus
Experience in digital design (social media experience a plus)
A dynamic portfolio that showcases a finely tuned and nuanced aesthetic
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing clear tasks and timelines
Highly collaborative, driven by creative excellence
Organized and adaptable to fast-paced workflow
Strong in typography, design systems & visual storytelling
Ability to prioritize accordingly, set expectations, and meet deadlines
