**What you will be doing**:
- Manage the daily activities across the Group's digital channels
- Produce professional materials including infographics, photos, GIFs and short videos for publication online, always adhering to the approval/publication process
- Assist internal clients (Corporate Communications and business marketing teams) in translating key business messages into high quality, engaging digital posts and updates
- Drive consistency of online communications and the quality of collateral used across Stolt-Nielsen ensuring content is relevant, refreshed, up to date, compliant with brand guidelines and delivered on time
- Maintain the brand's visual identity across all materials and advise others on its correct usage
- Work closely with Corporate Communications and IT to manage the overall design and communications functionality requirements for the Group's websites (currently two, two more sites under development) and social channels (predominantly LinkedIn)
- Maintain logins and passwords for the Group's digital channels ensuring these are updated when employees with access leave the Company
- Regularly audit digital channels to ensure policies are followed and content is relevant and up to date
- Provide regular metrics, data, insight, data analysis and reporting with recommendations on how to continually improve audience engagement
- Help to maintain various asset libraries including master fonts, brand assets, photography and video, ensuring these are well-organized
- Assist the Stolt Studio team with graphic design projects as required
- Work with the Senior Graphic Designer to improve the effectiveness of Stolt Studio - making changes and improvements where necessary and producing regular reports to measure ROI
**What you will bring along**:
- 2+ years experience in graphic design / digital content management
- Experience of creating and delivering creative and innovative design for digital channels including social media
- Experience of publishing content across multiple digital platforms
- Working with internal teams to ensure work is delivered to agreed timescales
- Good understanding of digital platforms and tools, experienced in using them to add value to multi audience campaigns, supporting colleagues in responding to issues and creating conversations
- Experience of uploading and publishing content via CMS system (Umbraco an advantage)
- Experienced in following quality procedures, ensuring everything is fit for purpose, spell checked, images are approved, and copyright/ usage licenses are understood
- Experience of producing video and infographics on digital platforms
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects with competing priorities
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Ability to take ownership of projects, work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Experience of web analytics and using the data to report on effectiveness of campaigns
