JOB DESCRIPTION
• Collects and analyzes customer, marketing and web behavioral data
• Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure content is relevant and effective
• Monitor online marketing trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to develop and optimize strategies for digital marketing campaigns, and track campaign performance
• Create and manage digital content in collaboration with other team to achieve specific goals, such as increasing website traffic or increasing sales of certain products or services and meet business ROIs
• Forecast trends through monitoring of analytics? and sales and marketing performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop content strategies and marketing campaigns to drive engagement and achieve business goals
• Conceptualize and storyboard video ideas aligned with business goals
• Manage and maintain content calendars to ensure timely delivery of content across all channels
• Create engaging and creative content ideas for various digital platforms such as social media, email, blogs, forums, websites, and other channels
• Produce high-quality multimedia content including images, videos, infographics, and animation
• Develop, launch, and optimize multi-channel, digital marketing campaigns
• Identify new opportunities through strategic research on products? services? and current strategies.
• Ensure all content is optimized for search engines and meets accessibility standards
• Monitor, measure and report performance of campaigns
