Digital Advertising Associate

The Digital Advertising Associate's primary function is to drive online growth through effective advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads. In this role, you will apply basic advertising strategies to meet client demands, manage budgets, and ensure client satisfaction. You will conduct competitor research, provide insights, and collaborate with teams to align strategies with goals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related courses
- Previous experience with digital marketing or advertising campaigns (a plus, but not required)
- Strong interest in lead generation and digital marketing
- Proficient in conducting online research
- Familiarity with AI tools and concepts (a plus but not required)
- Highly adaptable and eager to learn
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Detail-oriented and goal-driven
- Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or any CRM tools (a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Research topics and gather info
- Use AI tools to spot trends and cool ideas
- Use AI to generate content
- Get together with the team to come up with creative content ideas and ways to use AI in new ways
- Conduct online research to identify potential leads across various platforms and industries

- Assist in running and managing advertising campaigns.
- Responsible for budget expenditure and ensuring campaigns stay within financial parameters while optimizing for performance
- Use AI tools to analyze data and generate lead generation insights
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation initiatives
- Monitor advertising data daily, promptly identifying and resolving any anomalies or issues with campaign performance
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and techniques to enhance strategies
- Provide support in preparing reports and presentations

Additional Information:
- On-site Setup
- Work location: Kepwealth Center, Cebu Business Park, Cebu City
- Full-time Employment
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
- Fixed weekends off
- Only Cebu-based applicants will be entertained
