Dibursement Analyst

Job Description
The Cash Flow Analyst-Disbursement is responsible for the preparation of Weekly Funding Requirement and in the preparation of Petty cash and revolving fund vouchers, prepares disbursement vouchers based on the approved Weekly Funding Requirement. Is responsible for the disbursement of payroll sees to it that payments subject to penalties are done on time. Ensures that all paid vouchers are stamped "PAID" and returned to the Accounting Division on time and intact.

Qualifications Guide
A Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or other related business courses;must have at least a year experience in Finance or Accounting job;Advance knowledge or experience in a fully computerized working environment;Proficient in Office applications especially in spreadsheet and presentations;Devoted to his/her work, trustworthy, with a sound mental attitude and disposition.
