Dialysis Technical Service Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS
? Graduate of any four (4) or five (5) year college course preferably engineering or any
technical course.
? With at least two (2) years actual experienced in technical support
? Knowledgeable in Hemodialysis machines and actual experienced in Hemodialysis
environment
? Must possess good verbal and written communication skills
? Must be organized and disciplined

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Familiar with the Hemodialysis Machines: 2008K and 4008A /4008S Series of Fresenius
Machines for Bioregen Euro Inc.
? Participates in the planning, installation, and integration of dialysis equipment and/or
water treatment system.
? Provides user and technical training to the client/ customer personnel who are assigned to
operate the medical equipment.
? Prepare effectively all the documents needed for service activities including assessment
of services needed & categorization of services provided.
? Provides consultation and in-service regarding proper, safe and effective use & care of
dialysis machine and water treatment system.
? Coordinates with the customer service representatives and provides/validates the
accuracy of information pertaining to machine and customer inquiries and/or complaints
and ensures fast turnaround time of service.
? Sales / Marketing of services of Dialysis Machines
? Plan and propose to Management for approval any appropriate technical training and
development for Service Technicians.
? Handle and facilitate approval of Job Orders prior to service execution by the Service
Technicians.
? Check all machines and all its accessories for delivery prior to release from the
warehouse
? Ensure timely preparation of all machines and its accessories for delivery.
? Develop and prepare needed SOPs and Forms related to the Job of Technicians and
ensure that SOP's/ Forms are properly routed for management approval.
? Prepare needed documents and compliance certificates of the machine's prior delivery.
