Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dialysis Nurse to join our healthcare team in Makati. The ideal candidate will have experience in dialysis nursing, with a focus on providing excellent patient care before, during, and after dialysis treatment. You will be responsible for monitoring patients, operating dialysis machines, and ensuring that all procedures are carried out safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Monitoring: Check and monitor patients' vitals before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
Dialysis Operations: Operate dialysis machines, ensuring proper functioning and troubleshooting if necessary.
Patient Education: Educate patients on the dialysis process, post-care instructions, and general kidney health.
Clinical Care: Provide exceptional care by assisting patients with all aspects of dialysis, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Collaboration: Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient assessments, dialysis treatments, and other relevant medical information.
Emergency Care: Stay prepared to provide emergency support as needed, utilizing advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) techniques when necessary.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or associate's degree in Nursing; must be a Registered Nurse.
Certification: Certification through the Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission (NNCC) is advantageous.
Experience: Proven experience as a dialysis nurse.
Additional Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is an advantage.
