Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or
equivalent experience).
? 5+ years of experience in a DevOps Engineer or related leadership role, with a demonstrably
successful track record of leading and managing a team.

Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of DevOps principles, methodologies, and best practices.Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI) and a strong understanding of
CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) a plus.Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) and experience with configuration management tools like
Git.
? Deep understanding of system administration concepts (networking, storage, security).
Leadership and Communication: Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and
non-technical audiences.
? Proven ability to mentor and coach junior engineers.

AWS Expertise
Proven experience architecting, managing, and optimizing infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, etc.) with a focus on cost optimization while prioritizing high availability, scalability, and performance.Deep understanding of AWS services and their capabilities to identify the most efficient and cost-effective solutions for various DevOps needs.Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (AWS CloudFormation and CDK with TypeScript a plus) to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.Familiarity with AWS security best practices and the ability to integrate them into the DevOps pipeline.
