Qualifications:

? 5+ years of experience in a DevOps Engineer or related leadership role, with a demonstrably
successful track record of leading and managing a team.

Technical Expertise:
? In-depth knowledge of DevOps principles, methodologies, and best practices.
? Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI) and a strong understanding of
CI/CD pipelines.
? Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) a plus.
? Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) and experience with configuration management tools like
Git.
? Deep understanding of system administration concepts (networking, storage, security).
Leadership and Communication:
? Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
? Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and
non-technical audiences.
? Proven ability to mentor and coach junior engineers.
? Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving:
? Ability to translate business goals into a technical roadmap.
? Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a passion for continuous improvement.
AWS Expertise
? Proven experience architecting, managing, and optimizing infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, etc.) with a focus on cost optimization while prioritizing high availability, scalability, and performance.
? Deep understanding of AWS services and their capabilities to identify the most efficient and cost-effective solutions for various DevOps needs.
? Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (AWS CloudFormation and CDK with TypeScript a plus) to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
? Familiarity with AWS security best practices and the ability to integrate them into the DevOps pipeline.
