Devops Engineer Database Administrator

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and manage relational and non-relational databases.
Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline database operations, backups, monitoring, and deployments.
Integrate database management with CI/CD pipelines, enabling automated testing, deployment, and version control of database changes.
Analyze database performance and implement optimizations to improve query efficiency, indexing, and overall system performance.
Design and implement robust backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
Required Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in technical support and operations.
Strong knowledge of IT operations, incident management, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
