The Role As our Development Quality Assurance Manager, you'll ensure our web projects meet the highest standards. You'll lead the team in testing and refining projects, ensuring they exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities Customer Experience: Ensure every project leaves a lasting positive impression. Customer Growth: Encourage clients to upgrade and stick with us longer. Quality Assurance: Oversee the QA process for all web development projects within your team. Team Leadership: Guide and mentor your development team in best practices and QA processes. Version Control: Manage code using tools like GitHub. Must-Haves: Multiple years of experience: Proven experience in WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow development with a strong portfolio. Technical Skills: Solid expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. CMS Knowledge: Hands-on experience with WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify. Page Builders: Familiarity with tools like Elementor, WPBakery, and Divi. Version Control: Proficient with GitHub and similar tools. QA Management: Experience leading a team and managing QA processes in web development. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Nice-to-Haves: Design Tools: Knowledge of Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
