Role:  Material Master Support
Primary Skill: SharePoint
Key Responsibilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and logically. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. SAP Knowledge is an advantage. Exposure on 2D/3D Autocad, Illustrator, Photoshop or Imaging Editing Tool is a plus. Understanding and Documenting Global and Regional Business Processes o Work with Business Partners to understand & process map what they are currently doing & their future process should be
o Make recommendations on business process changes that will increase efficiency and/or remove the need for custom processes.
Investigating, working, and closing issues related to SAP MM and Logistics Systems Issues o Work tickets from SAP users to help resolve errors or propose updates to master data configuration
o Attend knowledge sharing sessions to help end users understand how to use SAP transactions and process
o Review, investigate and approve/decline SAP security requests
Supporting new material setups and modifications in SAP's Material Master system o Interact/coordinate with WPL commodity teams for material setup approvals as needed and as documented.
o Setup specifications in CDDS system. Create Engineering Change Notices and Materials in SAP.
Contract Management/EDM o Upload contracts from a SharePoint site into the contracts database
Compliance Support o Document assessment instructions and update as needed
o Participate in meetings with WPL teams to discuss assessment results and gain alignment
o Work with WPL teams to create or update global and regional processes and procedures
o Evaluate and respond to user questions and concerns
