Developer Coordinator (Sales Admin)

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's / College Degree (Marketing related courses)
- Knowledgeable in utilizing MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Sales Experience (Nice to have)
- Must be residing near Makati City

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the solicitation and generation of home loan applications coming from assigned developers. Their duties include providing bank presence in their covered developers by providing adequate support and guidance while objectively enforcing SBC standards.
- Prepares reports, such as, but not limited to: Sales Call reports & Pipeline
- Attends marketing activities (such as open houses, project launches, sales meetings, etc.) of accredited developers
