**EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION**:

- Bachelor of Science Major in Civil Engineering

**EXPERIENCE**
- At least 1 year working experience in any related field
- Experience with Precast Concrete Design & Drafting preferred
- Work experience with different building Type (Residential, Commercial, Industrial etc.)
preferred

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES**

1.
Prepare Precast Concrete Layout, Elevation based on Client Arch/ Engineer Drawings
2.
Raise RFl's for missing information/ discrepancies in Client drawings
3.
Prepare Connection Details drawings as per ENG drawings & Company Standard'
4.
Co-ordinate Precast Drawings with Steel Work and other service drawings (MECH, Electrical, Hydraulic)
5.
Prepare precast shop drawings
6.
Quantity take off Model in Revit
7.
Communicate/ coordinate with Drafting Manager
8.
Check Precast drawings with project input (Drawings, Specification, Marked up)

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE**:

- Proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD) and any other BIM Software

**SKILLS/ ABILITIES**:
1.
Ability to read different type drawings Structural, Architectural, Steel Work
2.
Ability to create detailed electronic (CAD) working plans from data
3.
Professional Communication skills in English
4.
Good attention to detail
5.
Sound Analytical Skills

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mariveles, Bataan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
