Description

**Responsibilities**:
Customer Service

Ensure set KPIs are met or exceeded.
Ensure delivery confirmation and final payment has been taken on all orders by Frontline team.
Provide a high level of Customer Service on varying issues.
Ensure clear and accurate data entry of customer enquiries and procedural tasks.
Contact customers regarding their delivery and timeframe of products ordered.
Assist with other non-despatch related enquires.
Escalations

Be the point of escalation within your team, this includes speaking with customers directly to resolve escalations in a highly professional and customer focused manner.
Keep the Despatch Frontline Supervisor informed on all matters that affect the Customers' Experience and business operations.
Leadership

Lead, manage, coach and motivate direct reports, review and assess performance, build employee capacity, support their professional development, and enable employees to optimise their contribution to the Despatch team.
Ensure all team members are fully trained and continuously assessed via QA monitoring and coaching.
Lead by example and step in to assist team members answering calls and delay communications as required
Conduct regular one on one sessions with your direct reports.
Workforce management planning and scheduling.
Team Work

Support in the development of the Despatch team with mentoring and coaching where possible using your own knowledge and expertise.
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders across the King Living organisation.
Promote a positive work environment.
Carries out any other task, as requested.
General

Be a dedicated employee of Standard Distributors Pty Ltd and adhere to all Standard Distributors Procedures and Policies.
Ensure that your work is to the best of your ability and meets the required standard.
