Job Duties and Responsibilities: Provide advanced Desktop and phone support, where applicable to our local and remote customers while resolving all incidents within each BU's identified service levels Corporate and BU associates Perform installs, moves, adds or changes (IMAC) to meet customer needs Provide hands-on assistance to cross functional teams as appropriate Work with vendors as needed to resolve computer and/or application issues Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention to Management or the appropriate support organization Document fix procedures and populate knowledge base so procedures can be shared across all Client Services teams. Participate in on-call rotation to ensure support coverage for emergency situations, where applicable. Provide L1 Support through all Business Interactions in accordance with IT Global Policies & Procedures A committed team player that will take control of all tasks assigned to them.  Impeccable Client Manner & "Count on me" work ethics A hands-on, problem-solving, "can -do" attitude. Excellent customer service skills Flexibility to work productively in a fast paced, high growth and changing environment that includes shift work and after-hours on-call rosters. 1-2 years' previous work experience in an IT operations environment or IT related degree Experience in a team environment, working to tight deadlines Must have excellent PC hardware skills Microsoft Certification and/or training will be highly regarded Working a 7-day rotating shift pattern Availability to work local Public Holidays. Strong problem analysis skills Adaptability Planning and organizing skills Experience/Certificates/Education Current CompTIA A+ certification Microsoft Support certification a plus – MCSA ITIL v3 Foundations a plus 5 years' experience within the Information Technology field, providing advanced support of desktops, laptops, software and peripherals both locally and remotely Significant experience replacing/installing hardware/software on PC's locally and remotely 5 years' experience removing viruses and spyware using various tools 3 years' experience troubleshooting network, software and printing problems locally and remotely 4 years' experience with various PC imaging technologies 5 years' experience supporting Microsoft PC Operating Systems and Microsoft Office 4 years' experience supporting Mac OS X and iOS a plus 2 years supporting Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) including Thin Clients where applicable Where Memories Start with You Hospitality is at the heart of all we do at Travel + Leisure Co.
