You'll be empowered to focus on your career progression and turn your goals into reality as an integral part of the group's success.**About the Role**The Desktop Management Support role is part of the Service desk team responsible for providing endpoint support for Intune and remote desktop support issues for CBS ANZ customers.**Qualifications**The position requires the following qualifications, experience, and capabilities:- Strong experience with PowerShell scripting and other command-line interfaces- Technical experience with Intune, Enterprise Mobility Suite (and Azure IaaS), clustering for load balancing business continuity, performance measuring and tuning- Strong learning aptitude and ability to learn new technologies independently- High level of understanding and proven management of SCCM hierarchy- Experience with MDM Platform in Intune- Thorough understanding of Active Directory; including replication, GPO, and DNS.- Extensive knowledge of Windows operating system patching, enterprise class desktop hardware and software such as Windows 10, Mobile Device OS, and antivirus. Remote management and troubleshooting, Asset management and inventory.- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking for LAN and WAN.- Strong analytical, trouble-shooting, and problem-solving skills.- Able to work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.- Strong team player - collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources; has experience working with others on a global basis; applies knowledge to coach and mentor others.**Desirable Certifications**:- Microsoft Intune Certification Suites (MS-100, MS-101, MD-100 and MD-101)**Additional expertise is a plus**- Microsoft Office 365- Exchange 2010/2013/2016- Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite (EM+S)- AD synchronization mechanisms (AAD Connect)- Compute technologies**Education/Certifications**- 3-5 years of related work experience in Service Desk- BS (Business Management, Computer Science or Information Systems) preferred or equivalent experienceIf this sounds like you, we'd love you to apply!We believe in the power of an inclusive and diverse workforce.
