Design And Planning Manager - The Mall | Nustar

The Design & Planning Manager is responsible for the project management, facilities management, and design implementation of the mall assigned to him/her. This includes tenant construction, in-house repairs, maintenance, and redevelopments. He/she will also lead the Mall Planning Department.

QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must be a graduate of B.S. Architecture or B.S. Civil Engineering with Professional License. Candidate must have extensive background on technical planning and project management in a real estate setting. Candidate must have excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills. Candidate must be residing or willing to be assigned in Cebu. We want smart, honest, and energetic people who love what we do.
