Design And Estimate Supervisor (Aircon & Ref)

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Attends pre-bid meetings for new projects
- Attends site inspections to verify actual site condition and measurements that will be considered in AC design and installation cost
- Review bid documents to consider required technical specifications
- Coordinates with Sales-in-charge, Architect, Consultants, and Project Managers for possible queries
- Checks equipment selection done by Design and Estimate Engineers based on project requirements and design condition
- Reviews approved AC Installation cost estimated by Design and Estimate Engineer considering scope of works required by client and other factors to consider
- Updates formulas and material price for Bill of Materials template used by Design and Estimate Engineers

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with license
- With background in Auto-CAD is an advantage
- Preferably with experience in the Design/Estimation of AC/R System
- Must be computer literate and has a good working knowledge on various PC-based software
- Must have excellent communication skills and can converse fluently in both English and Filipino languages
- Capable of training and teaching people

**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Bonus pay

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
