Deputy Manager for Training -Excellent communication skills -Minimum of 3 years experience as seasoned Training Lead (oversee a team of 7-8 trainers) in a BPO setting -Knowledgeable in social/content media -Has client engagement/interactions -Understand Business Reviews -Can start ASAP (preferably unemployed) -College/Bachelors Graduate (any course) -Willing to work hybrid -Okay to work on a night and shifting schedule
