About the Role As the Deputy General Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee Evolve's operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure the highest standards of service delivery. This is a pivotal role where you will manage multiple teams, foster client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with company goals.Team Management: Lead, mentor, and support diverse teams to achieve operational and performance targets.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute business strategies and growth initiatives.Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, manage resources, and ensure financial targets are met.Quality Assurance: Uphold and enhance service quality standards across all business areas.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure smooth business operations.Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates and insights to the General Manager on operational performance and strategic progress.About You Evolve is looking for an experienced leader with a passion for innovation and operational excellence. You will bring:
