Deputy General Manager (Architect)

We are urgently seeking a Deputy General Manager for our client, a leading provider of custom-designed, cross-border Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) solutions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in implementing procedures and best practices aligned with the company's strategic vision, ensuring resource management, operational alignment, and risk management. This role reports directly to the General Manager and is pivotal in driving the company toward its strategic goals.

• Proven leadership skills in implementing company-wide procedures and best practices.
• Strong management experience, overseeing staff and ensuring target achievements.
• In-depth understanding of resource management, including setups, standards, and skill assessments.
• Experience in monitoring and implementing operational plans and projects.
• Strong analytical skills for risk management and performance oversight.
• Ability to critically review and assess project proposals.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with the General Manager and stakeholders.
• Relevant educational qualifications in management, business administration, or related fields.
• Significant experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction or VDC industry.
