Deputy Construction Officer

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar supervisory role. Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practices Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (preferred), with reimbursement for travel expenses. Ability to travel frequently to project sites across South Luzon. Has a driver's license and a means for private transportation ( own car or motorcycle) Head Office is located in Alabang, Muntinlupa Preferred Skills:

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project). Familiarity with local building codes and regulations. Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and provide guidance to five site engineers across multiple project locations. Ensure adherence to construction schedules, quality standards, and project deadlines. Regularly visit project sites to oversee construction activities and resolve any issues. Coordinate with site engineers to monitor project progress and performance. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Collaborate with the procurement team to manage resources and materials effectively. Report to the Head Office in Alabang, Muntinlupa on designated days to provide updates and align with company objectives. Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among site engineers. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

Licensed Civil Engineer (Preferred)
