Deposit Sales Officer
Essential Functions of Deposit Sales Officer:
1) Identifies target market and organize sales plans and strategies.
2) Oversees the growth and development of portfolio in terms of profitability, number of accounts, and volume and deposit level target.
3) Prepares periodic reports related to deposit growth, business development and other tools that will help the bank evaluate its position as far as deposit and business generation in concern.
4) Develops a strategic and sustainable sales plan directed toward the goals and objectives set forth by Management.
5) Develops and maintains referral system and network connection.
6) Performs sales activities, presentations and calls to generate new business.
7) Works hand in hand with other deposit sales officers, marketing and support groups of the bank to ensure smooth and uninterrupted service delivery to customers.
8) Must have an unquestionable attitude and behavior in relationship management and customer satisfaction.
9) Exhibits high level of professionalism in appearance, client handling and service delivery.
10) Gives feedback and material information to the Region Head or the Branch Banking Head as to the product and services available in his area of responsibility and successful product offering introduced by competition in the region.
11) Actively participate in corporate activities that will enable the bank to be more visible in the banking community. Ensures compliance to all bank policies and standard operating procedures.
12) Solicits feedback from clients regarding quality of our service, client satisfaction and product competitiveness.
13) Participates in local, social or civic activities to promote the bank.
14) Develops the core competencies of his/her direct reports through constant coaching and mentoring as well as formal training and structured career pathing in partnership with Human Resources Department.
Qualifications of Deposit Sales Officer:
Graduate of any bachelor's degree preferably business-related course.
With Experience in deposit sales and marketing of a Bank or Financial Institution.
Extensive knowledge in the areas of Branch Operations, Marketing and Customer Service.
With atleast 2 yeasr of experience as Branch Bank Head or Deposit Marketing or Sales Officer in other bank/financial institutions or sales organization.
Willing to sign Deed of Undertaking.
