Deposit and Branch Admin Manager
Essential Functions of Deposit and Branch Admin Manager:
1. Oversees the growth and development of his/her branch in terms of profitability, number of accounts, and volume and deposit level target
2. Reviews and evaluates branch reports, loans and deposit growth, audit items, personnel movement and requirement to ensure and support the achievement of performance objectives
3. Develops a strategic and sustainable sales plan directed toward the goals and objectives set forth by Management
4. Develops and maintains referral system and network connection
5. Performs sales activities, presentations and calls to generate new business
6. Works hand in hand with other marketing and support groups of the bank to ensure smooth and uninterrupted service delivery to customers
7. Coaches and develops his team members in the area of business development, marketing, relationship management, customer satisfaction, and people management
8. Provides leadership, guidance and technical assistance to his co-workers in the branch
9. Demonstrates strong credit skills and analysis
10. Exhibits high level of professionalism in appearance, client handling and service delivery
11. Supports and assists training of employees in the area of sales skills and ability, product knowledge, and customer service
12. Promotes sales and service culture and ensure that the entire group receives proper training to sell and cross sell products and services
13. Takes an active role in resolving personnel problems and works hand in hand with Human Resources Department to ensure resolution of issues
14. Gives feedback and material information to the Region Head as to the product and services available in his area of responsibility and successful product offering introduced by competition in the region.
15. Actively participate in corporate activities that will enable the bank to be more visible in the banking community. Motivate the Branches to be actively involved in community sponsored activities to show support and provide assistance in areas where we are operating to generate new and enhance existing business opportunities
16. Ensures that all bank policies and standard operating procedures are consistently applied by branch personnel across all branches and offices.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course
Work Experience:
Substantial work experience in a Bank or Financial Institution
Extensive knowledge in the areas of Branch Operations, Marketing and Customer Service
At least two (2) years experience as Branch Head or Deposit Officer in other financial institutions
Other requirements:
Must be from the service area where he/she will be assigned.
Must be committed and willing to take on business targets and deliverables
