Requisition Number: 97384 BASIC FUNCTION Provide entry level project coordination, client communication, and reporting for recovery and deployment of end user assets. This role will work within a team structure to provide status updates, deliverable measurements, and other responsibilities as assigned. This role may be client facing.
What you'll do at Insight Consistently demonstrate and model key organizational behaviors of customer service, teamwork, collaboration, and excellence Work with team to schedule and communicate inbound and outbound schedules Creates reporting and SLA tracking, analyzing data, schedules and documents meetings Provide necessary reporting to team and client at required intervals Communicate via email and telephone to end users to increase rate of asset recovery Pro-actively identify problems to work with team members to create and implement solutions What you'll need to join Insight Bachelor's Degree In lieu of bachelor's degree minimum of 2-3 years professional experience in IT Asset Management Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Strong Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word Demonstrated ability to do in-depth research and provide solutions Ability to effectively interact with peers, internal and external stakeholders and management Strong written and verbal communication skills SAP experience is an advantage ServiceNow experience is an advantage Amenable to work on nightshift and hybrid set up The position described above provides a summary of some the job duties required and what it would be like to work at Insight.
