Key Responsibilities:
1. Examine, diagnose, and treat a variety of dental conditions, ensuring the highest level of care and patient comfort.
2. Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and concerns. Educate patients on their oral health and treatment options.
3. Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including but not limited to fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, cleanings, and preventive care.
4. Provide patients with advice on proper oral hygiene, diet, and lifestyle choices that can prevent dental issues.
5. Interpret dental X-rays and diagnostic tests to identify conditions and recommend treatments.
6. Provide emergency dental care as necessary for patients, including pain management and immediate treatment of injuries or dental issues.
7. Work closely with dental assistants, hygienists, and office staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care.
8. Educate patients about oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment notes, and medical histories in compliance with privacy regulations.
10. Stay current with the latest advancements in dental technologies, treatments, and industry best practices through continuing education.
Qualifications:
-Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school.
-Active state dental license, in good standing, with no history of malpractice claims.
-Previous experience in clinical dentistry is preferred, but recent graduates are welcome to apply.
-Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
-Ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and colleagues.
-Ability to manage a high volume of patients while maintaining quality care.
