Philippines Job Description Team and Role Introduction:
Coach associates/couriers to ensure achievement of company and client goals while addressing operational issues. Supporting the overall team's objective should there be deficit from the group output. Monitoring and support the achievement the defined key performance indicators assigned by the companies and agreed with the clients. Will perform courier function such as Sort, deliver and pick up parcels for a specific courier route, in the most efficient and cost-productive manner, whilst providing a professional inter-face and image to customers and the general public
Responsibilities:
Customer
· Attend to customer need at all times in a professional, friendly and courteous manner.
· Parcel handling and delivery is to meet SLA agreed between MCI and the customer
· Provide timely customer feedback to Supervisor, Operations Centre Supervisor, Operations Supervisor
· Inform Supervisors or Manager on all service related issues your own routes or group
· Be accountable and honest and meet performance expectation
· To be able to meet SLA agreed delivery or PU expectation
· To be able to participate in shipment sorting and unloading
· Carry out any task that is required by his or her superiors or manager from time to time. Shipment delivery and collection
· Deliver without delay all allocated parcels or assign parcels for collection
· Deliver and update using the system provided all the allocated parcels based on the SLA agreed.
· Electronically Record via a scanner (or manually if required) all shipment process activities.
· Ensure all cash transactions resulting from the delivery or collection of parcels will be remitted to the prescribe partners within the agreed time.
· Perform duties professionally and courteously in line with Company image with respect to all road users
· Ensure the security and integrity of all parcels whilst in his/her care
Administration
· Reconcile all non-delivered parcels and ensure closure of Runsheet. Job Requirements
-At least 2-3 years working experience in Logistics/Hub, working experience in courier working environment would be an advantage .
-Computer literate, well versed in current delivery mobile application
-Ability to work early morning shifts.
-Knowledge and experience with methods pick up and delivery
-Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
-Great interpersonal and communication skills.
-Knowledgeable MS Office is plus
