Delivery Scheduler

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- College graduate (2 yrs.
/ 4yrs.)
- 18-25 yr Old
- Computer literate
- Flexible

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Plans and schedules timely delivery to customer
- Follows strictly all parameters set for delivering goods e.g., truck size, availability, location sketch for new customer, customers/trip, route.
; balances truck load capacity and customer service.
- Responds to minor customers' complaints within the day, refers major issues to the manager.
- Achieves zero delivery pending / returns - checks unloaded trucks, replaces defective trucks immediately and informs concerned salesperson of any delivery delays.
