Main Responsibility:
Conquer
-Prospect potential customers and win in competition
-Identify business conditions, strategies and actions of competitors
Negotiation
-Execute and follow-up agreements / contracts and trade terms based on the value proposal e.g. credit, discount, promotion, bundles, outlet decoration/ makeover
Development
-Execute and follow-up on KPIs such as sales, volume, productivity and availability via call
Develop new categories/brand in key outlets
Guarantee the execution of the PicOS elements, price and availability
Administration
-Perform customer service such as survey, handling complaints and request via call
Management
-Ensure smooth interactions and hand-off with other internal functions e.g. alignment with trade developer, supervisor and back office support via call
Merchandise
-Ensure deployment and utilization of merchandising materials in outlet
-Execute merchandising on promotions and cold drink equipment as per PicOS
-Train outlet owners on achieving PicOS e.g. maintenance of cold drink equipment prices, image, etc.
Sell
-Conduct store inventory via call
-Ensure sell-in of suggested order quantity per brand/SKU (portfolio compliance)
-Perform the price promotions in order to increase sales
Order Taking
-Ensure order taking in all outlets
-Ensure transmission of order or synching process for delivery
-Perform returns / exchange of products, when Sales Group Leader authorizes
Delivery and Collection
-Ensure on time in full delivery of products and collection of returns / empties via call
-Ensure safety of products, intended for delivery to customers
-Follow up and inform collection of payment (cash or credit transactions) with Driver Collector - Bulk
Pre-settlement of Driver Collector – Bulk
-Ensure that all Driver Collector – Bulk will be pre-settled at the end of the routing day
-Ensure that all Driver Collector – Bulk will remit all the collected cash or credit transactions to cashier
