Delivery Helper

Look through work orders to determine which truck and truck driver has been assigned.
Confer with truck drivers to decide on their specific needs for assistance, depending on hauls or deliveries.
Assist delivery drivers in performing regular and preventative maintenance on trucks, before the beginning of each day.
Load items onto trucks, and ensure that they are properly stacked, and securely set within the vehicle.
Ascertain that each piece that has been loaded onto the truck is correct in number, and in accordance with specified protocols.
Establish that all paperwork is present with each item, and document it according to established protocols.
Unload items from the truck and deliver them to the right recipients, ensuring that signatures on receipts are obtained.
Create and maintain effective communication with dispatch units, and other officials, to inform them of statuses of deliveries.
Reporting all delivery-related problems to senior staff.
Effectively communicating with clients and customers to resolve complaints.
Performing other duties as assigned like cleaning the assigned truck
Ensuring that all safety policies and procedures are adhered to.
Shall work along with the staff to help achieve Company's goals and objectives.
Shall perform all necessary functions as delegated by the Management.


Qualification:
* Physically fit
* At least High School graduate
* Willing to start asap!
