Delivery Helper - 2 Years Experience

Responsibilities
Assist driver in loading and unloading of packages
Navigate optimal delivery routes using GPS
Ensure timely delivery of packages to customer locations
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and functionality of delivery vehicle
Provide excellent customer service during delivery
Handle and resolve any issues or complaints from customers
Adhere to all safety procedures and report any unsafe conditions
Maintain records of delivery documentation

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Basic math and recording abilities
