Dealership Management Supervisor

Details of the offer

Responsibilities:
- Visits dealer head office and talks to the owner about their product concerns.
- Updates on the latest product support for respective dealer assignments.
- Updates sales and inventory of dealer thru monthly report twice a month.
- Updates the head office regarding nationwide promotion and activities.
- Collates the activity result and evaluates its effectiveness.
- Checks the status of company vehicle and equipment for maintenance and report.
- Checks the status of market strategies and competitor's promotion.
- Collects monthly MC payment for the assigned dealer, and data of sales and inventory of every branch visit.
- Conducts monthly P.O. negotiation on the assigned dealer.
- Visits assigned branch to check the implementation of the product support.
- Close coordination on the delivery status of each assigned dealers.

Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year related work experience
- Motorcycle enthusiast and preferably a rider.
- Above average communication skills.
- Analytical and possesses good negotiation skills.
- Knows how to drive, with valid driver's license.
- Willing to travel and work on weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Ready to be assigned in different areas in Luzon.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
