**SUMMARY OF ROLE**

SunPower is seeking a **Team Lead, Dealer Support** to take escalation calls or requirements for supervisory assistance or support in resolving end-user issues and serves as a Subject Matter Expert on the business being supported within SunPower Technology.
The PSR Team Lead reports to the Order to Fulfillment and Logistics Manager and will be responsible for overall strategic supervision of the team, people development and alignment of goals to meet business objectives

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provides annual and quarterly goals of the team, and makes sure that these are being monitored on a periodic basis
- Responsible for intra-day and daily performance monitoring of supported team members to meet defined metrics.
- Provides RCCA for metrics not meeting the SLA
- Maintains quality of work control and ensure that its products and services are fulfilling the customer's needs
- Provide and implement ideas that would improve the efficiency of the team
- Drafts and updates work procedure and process flow charts
- Supervises the team and responds to escalations on process issues, product lead time and supply allocation
- Communicates effectively with other department such as Sales Operations, Purchasing, Factory, Planning, Logistics and any other teams that service the Residential channel to meet customer's requirements and needs
- Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities and administering back-up plan and support
- Review and assess Supply and Demand Gap on a daily basis in coordination with the Order Fulfillment Team and cascade with the team then to review orders and communicate to RSM's the action needed.
- Help monitor order closing, tracking the deliveries to meet OTD and coordinate all Logistics concern with the 3PL.
- Spearhead automation projects that will decrease workload and increase efficiency of the team
- Responsible for managing and driving team performance via use of tools such as coaching and feedback, results documentation, counseling and mentoring, rewards and recognition and delegation of tasks for competency and critical skills development
- Responsible for managing team meetings and participating in operations leadership meetings
- Responsible for communicating to all team members any new requirements, changes, updates on all support related information as well as company information.
- Complies at all times the Environment, Health and Safety and Company Quality standards, rules and regulations
- Performs other duties may be assigned.
**RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**

**Minimum requirements**
- Required skill (s): Supply Chain, Revenue Responsibility, Customer Service

- Required language (s): English
- Experience in the call center industry is an advantage.
- Proficient with MS Office Application esp.
Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledgeable with Office Software such as ERP, MRP, and CRM.
- Superior written and oral communication and collaboration skills, and can deal with executives and business leaders
