DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Request for Pull out of units from NYK Email Logistics Prepare RFP for CMC payments Monitor units if received by our end Adopt vehicles in Pinnacle Ensure correctness of details being input in Pinnacle-from Inventory Raise Job cards for service-internal request for new vehicles (PDI/Accessories etc.) Service booking schedule-numbered as priority-SOLD/Demo/Showroom Display vehicles Sales Documents Custodian -GH and BGC All pertaining/initial documents such as VSO/Valid ID with Specimen signature/CR Stencils New Vehicle Storage Forms PDI Forms Battery Test Forms Deal Files 2018-up to date Vehicle Entry (Initial Deposit/Full DP/Full Payments)-all Payments pertaining to Sale of a Unit Gatepass Routing Uploading all needed documents in shared folder for proper checking of other departments Returned Documents after actual release Financing-forwarding all Financing documents to F&I team for soonest Booking Forwarding of entire Deal File to Compliance team for JLR audit (includes: NVSF/PDI/Batt OTHERS :
