Position Overview:
The Ticketing Account Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to ticket sales, reservations, cancellations, and customer inquiries.

Job Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from customers regarding ticket inquiries, bookings, and cancellations.Assist customers in navigating the online ticketing platform and resolving any technical difficulties.Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.Protect sensitive customer information by following established protocols and guidelines.
