WHAT IS A PROJECT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Our awesome client, a leading Telecommunications Company based in AU is looking for an Project Support Analyst to be part of their Team.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Undertaking a wide range of project tasks to support the The Client's business
Tasks will vary from outbound customer contact sprints, to internal back of house onboarding process.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree from a university preferred
Excellent English language proficiency/ fluency
1-3 years of professional experience in a similar, customer-facing role
Track record of providing support for complex issues, products, and processes
Ability to sell and translate complex technical phrases into easy to understand concepts for customers

**Able to thrive in chaos**: handle high-pressure situations, taking responsibility for actions, responds well to constructive feedback, ability to focus on task at hand

**Communication**: emotionally intelligent, strives to always be helpful, empathetic with customer service ethic

Experience or understanding of how to work and collaborate with a remote, distributed team
Proficient with technical writing skills
Project management experience
Experience working on basic-intermediate analytics tasks
Willing to work at a flexible schedule Dayshift or Midshift
Willing to work onsite at BGC, Taguig
