BUSINESS ANALYSTWHAT IS AN BUSINESS ANALYSTOur awesome client, a leading Retail Conglomerate Company based in AU is looking for a Business Analyst to be part of their Team.WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare and manage labour budget for the clientManage rolling labour forecasts via monitoring stores' sales performance, labour cost management, pandemic impacts (trading hours, stock flow, events/ stocktake)Proactively work with key stakeholders to develop new operational reports to highlight underperforming stores in key line products and drive actions in store to improve salesCleansing, interrogation and analysis of large data sets to draw insights on trade performance and make recommendations to influence decision making Continuous process improvement initiatives aimed to streamline and automate business processesResponsible for the production and distribution of weekly performance reporting and analysisWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FORMinimum of 4 to 5 years work experience in related fieldA high degree of curiosity & problem-solving abilityA commercial focus on productivity across store networkHave experience with BI and SAPUnderstand the importance of wage optimisationProven skills in financial, audit & business acumen & analysis, along with effective communication.Strong retail background & extensive experience with budgeting & forecasting activities and financial analysis.Experience preparing reportsAble to work in a medium to large format retail environment.Willing to work on a WFH set upBUSINESS ANALYST
