-Client Relationship Management: Build positive relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
-Order Processing: Accurately process orders, ensuring compliance with client specifications and internal protocols.
-Account Monitoring: Track and manage account activities, including invoicing, follow-ups, and status updates.
-Data Entry & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate transactions, communications, and account-related documentation records.
QUALIFICATIONS
-At least 3 months BPO experience
-Can work onsite in Shaw Mandaluyong
-At least High School graduate
