YOUR ROLE Develop desktop procedures for Global Dayforce Application Support
Compile solution blueprints for finished projects
Review and analyze existing documented processes
Identify and document Project HarMoney Reporting requirements
Assist in updating and consolidating solution designs
Collaborate with team on documenting processes and procedures
Provide support for Global Dayforce Application projects and initiatives YOUR SKILLS Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development or other related courses
Preferably with prior internship experience in Human Resources field
Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required
Proficiency in creating process and solution design documentation
Strong communication skills with stakeholders; Ability to analyze defects critically
Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
