Qualifications:
-at least 1 year CCE/CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE
-At least high school graduate with diploma/certificate
•Must be 18 years of age and above
•Average to excellent English communication skills
•Good interpersonal skills
•Analytical and problem solving skills
•Good comprehension skills
•Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
•Willing to work on weekends and holidays / Willing to work full-time and in shifting schedule (No Part-time)
•Available to start ASAP
