JOB PURPOSE
To maintain timely and accurate issuance of document for (Invoices, D.R and Issuance slip) for various Client's in the industry.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.
Creating of Delivery Receipt, Sales Invoice and Issuance Slip for Delivery and pick-up transactions.
2.
Routing (item 1) for signing of (3) three signatories (SET A, B, C)
3.
Creating Summary of all Issued documents for delivery.
4.
Creating Credit Memo/ Acumatica.
5.
Maintaining & Updating transactions in Acumatica.
6.
Safekeeping of Order Slip & Corresponding attachment.
7.
Safekeeping of Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipt and Authority Slip (BILLING COPY).
8.
Task that maybe assigned from time to time.
