Database Administration Head

Job Description: The position is primarily responsible for the administration and maintenance of the bank database system. The position is also responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of these databases.
Responsibilities: Identify and diagnose issues and problems Categorize and record reported queries and provide solutions Support problem identification Advise users on appropriate course of action Monitor issues from start to resolution Escalate, if needed, unresolved problems to a higher level of support Provide essential online security advice and support Systematically interprets user problems and identifies solutions and possible side effects Uses experience to address user problems and interrogates database for potential solutions Qualifications: Graduate of Computer-related, Engineering or Math-related courses At least three (3) years of related experience in Database Administration and two (2) years of experience leading a team.
