Data Structure And Reporting Specialist

• University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field from an accredited academic institution, with one year of relevant professional experience in procurement and logistics, international vendor sourcing and contract negotiation

EXPERIENCE
• At least three (3) years of experience in data structuring, working with MS Excel, data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Experience in programming languagues, e.g. Python, Java, Java Script, etc.
• Experience in and good insight knowledge and usage of Power Platform, including Power Apps.
• Experience in using other IT applications such as Visio is desirable.
• ERP SAP or Oracle experience is advantageous, but not essential.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate findings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as part of the team.
• Excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints, accurate and detail oriented.
• Ability to work effectively with different levels within and outside the organization and with colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds.
• Using Analytics to come up with creative solutions to improve productivity
• Management Dashboards using tools like Tableau, Qlik View and Power BI
• BI Strategy, Information Management, Data Quality & Data Modeling
