Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Business Administration or Information Systems or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Data Custodian. Data Stewardship experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Job Description:
Support the Essilor of America (EOA) corporate Data Governance Office (DGO) with new accounts setup, receivables systems for external/internal customers, and PCAT & LMS products mappings in TIBCO MDM. Also, manage customer's updates and pricing requests within the given SLA. This position maximizes Essilor's level of service through information, communication, and problem-solving while working closely and abiding by process rules set forth by the Data Governance Office, Tax, Credit & Collections and other departments.
New Account creations
- Responsible for accurate and timely setup of account requests
- Data entry, which includes maintenance and update of customer information in TIBCO MDM.
- Master Data attributes validations, at the point of entry, including but not limited to EIN, Address, Phone, Price List, Buying Group, Sales Hierarchy.
- Proper hard copy application handling and scanning required
- Proper filing of new account documentation
- Maintaining the New Account Log
Maintenance of customer accounts
- Approving and updating customer accounts per daily requests while adhering to documented departmental processes
o Addresses, EIN#, LEN, ASN, sales rep, ship method, payment method to name a few
- Rebate Program Maintenance; requires constant review
Customer Management Portal (CMP) through See4C Tool
- Training and assistance on CMP to our customers
- Maintaining CMP user list with active/inactive user info
Product Mappings:
- Responsible for accurate and timely LMS and PCAT product mappings to M'EYE SALES standards
- Data entry, which includes mappings of new PCAT and LMS product mappings
- Communicate with partner labs and various other departments regarding PCAT and LMS product codes and its mappings
General
- Group box management
- Maintain full knowledge of the organization to efficiently assist or direct customers to the appropriate area to meet their needs
- Communicate with various departments regarding account information or status, policies or issues
- Assist Data Stewards with special department projects
- Proper escalation of issues to management as they arise
- FCC and Help Desk ticket issue resolution
- Coordinate daily with Credit and Collections, AR, AP, FCC department
- Communication to Management on account update related issues
