Data Specialist - Sap

JOB SUMMARY: (Brief description of why the position exists or the overall purpose of the job.)
Provides back office support to Commercial and Operations team within the
organization, related but not limited to:
• Reporting – Sales, Operations, Logistics and Quality
• Data Management - covering data encoding, data mining, data cleansing, data
conversion, data processing, data downloading and uploading to several
databases
• Specification Handling – covering lens visual drawing, product specifications and
routing
The candidate must have:
? at least one (1) year of working experience in back-office operations;
? a competitive analytical skills and communicative competence;
? intermediate to advance knowledge in data management tools (i.e. MS Excel, Sheets, etc.)
? strong sense of commitment to the organization's goals and values;
? high flexibility in shifting schedule and extended working hours;
? readiness to travel to other sites
SAP and Invoicing experience
