Data Specialist

General
- Group box management
- Maintain full knowledge of the organization to efficiently assist or direct customers to the appropriate area to meet their needs
- Communicate with various departments regarding account information or status, policies or issues
- Assist Data Stewards with special department projects
- Proper escalation of issues to management as they arise
- FCC and Help Desk ticket issue resolution
- Coordinate daily with Credit and Collections, AR, AP, FCC department
- Communication to Management on account update related issues
- Filing & scanning of customer applications

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors in Business Administration or Information Systems or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Data Custodian.
Data Stewardship experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and speed on 10 key/data entry skills on a computer keyboard.
- PC literate- Microsoft Office, Word and Excel, Oracle, Margo, and SQL applications a plus.
- Desire to provide exceptional customer service.
